Bajka Restaurant is our dream come true about original cuisine. A place that combined sophisticated dishes with home-like atmosphere, heartwarming family feeling, professionalism and a great passion of our team. We serve regional dishes with a hint of madness. We use seasonal products and support local processors and food suppliers. We focus on the quality of the product.
As a chef, I would like to bring you closer to the real taste of Opole region. I started my adventure in cooking as a small boy looking over shoulders at my grandmother’s pots. I am not alone in my care for the highest quality, I am lucky to work with a great team that serves regional delicacies in the Bajka Restaurant with me. Where does this taste come from, you might ask? From the garden near the restaurant which we maintain in a natural way. This is where we get the treasures of nature during the season. We come there to get fresh coriander, lettuce, kale, radish and beetroots.
The seasons, moods, tastes and experiences of people change. Only the quality of our dishes and the heart that we put into our work remain unchanged.

ART on the plate
Robert Wojnarowski holds his home laboratory in Warsaw, to this day. As a young and ambitious chef, he also surprises with his creativity in the Bajka Restaurant. He primarily focuses on new flavor combinations and expresses himself on the plate. In Bajka, he is responsible for introducing new flavors and the latest culinary trends.
FOOD ART straight from Warsaw…
My adventure with the kitchen started from… well, always. I finished Foodservice Technical School in Warsaw with honors. Every day I am the chef in N ° 31 in Robert Sowa’s team. Maybe you also know me from the second edition of Top Chef, where I had pleasure to participate. In addition, I took part in numerous culinary competitions and with great enthusiasm I make photo sessions for magazines.
TASTE – life does not love to eat it only loves the taste…
I am a creator of dishes in Bajka Hotel and this job obliges. I focus primarily on the taste, which has to captivate our guests. As a result, we are away from a heavy cuisine, not only a’la carte, but also serving special dishes at special parties, weddings or large events. Together with Marcin and the whole team, we will develop a menu, seasonal inserts and pay close attention to individual orders of our guests.
FIRE – in the blood!
First of all, there must be a fire or passion in gastronomy, which is vibrant in my veins. I successfully inflicted it on the whole team. I often suggest bold compositions of taste and original combinations. I want to add life, above anything else, to the Bajka Restaurant. Of course, we also serve regional dishes with great care, whose recipes, which have proven their quality, do not change. I add my fire to the rest – a pinch of madness and a lot of love for details.

Bajka Restaurant was created from dreams we had. It is primarily a combination of good style, unique cuisine, warm atmosphere with modern trends, focus on quality and professional service. Many people work for the fairytale atmosphere of the restaurant. This place is not accidental, just like the form and taste of the dishes served to our guests. This is a culinary return to the natural values of taste.
We serve traditional Polish and Silesian dishes in an intriguing manner. The secret of the delicious taste of our dishes are the highest quality products. Our garden near the restaurant, which you can admire in our area, is just one of many sources where our chefs get the quintessence of taste.
We focus primarily on people. Well trained staff introduces you to our fairytale world. We serve our guests every day or via individual a’la carte. The Bajka Restaurant is also a place where we organize baptisms, birthdays, communions, occasional parties, weddings and other celebrations. At your disposal are not only two restaurants rooms, but also a wedding tent, where celebrations for up to 220 people are held.
