Hotel & Resort Bajka is a perfect place for organizing business events from small meeting for a small amount of people through conferences, integration events to elegant banquets in a modern tent. We have two conference rooms for 240 people with full equipment and access to daylight. Complementing our services there is also the opportunity to organize an event at the grill and additional outdoor attractions. We have and area of 28 hectares with unlimited possibilities. Excellent cuisine combining regional specialties with new trends is waiting for the participants of the meeting, offering a varied menu. Our own ecological garden, the quality of our products and the passion of our chefs make us very proud of it. I have been involved in hotel management for over 4 years, I specialize in the MICE (Meeting-Incentive-Conferences-Events) area. I like challenges, creative projects and working with people.
I love to advise our guests and realize their visions. I appreciate the cuisine, which surprises with remarkable combinations of flavors. I am constantly looking for new culinary experiences. I constantly care for my personal and professional development by participating in trainings, conferences and fairs. Thanks to our guests, I am constantly learning about raising the bar.

Our area has a well-equipped technical infrastructure to organize mass outdoor events, concerts and company picnics even for several thousand participants. As an expert in the organization of mass events, I know how important it is to know the purpose of the meeting and the needs of people who will be with us. Each group is different and needs to be discussed appropriately. I will advise you in choosing the right meeting topic, together we will select animators, stage, band, and menu and together we will plan your stay form the participants’ arrival to farewell to our guests. A detailed plan is the key to successful integration of your employees. Of course, together we are considering alternatives that predict every weather scenario.
